Satemwa Single Estate Coffee was roasted to your perfection by our roasting partner in Antwerp. This coffee is unique single estate AA/AB blend (washed). 100% full arabica coffee! We roasted the coffee medium and it has fruity notes.

White Hibiscus… is the free-spirited daughter of the Satemwa family, singing with the earthy tones of our finest white tea and the sweet, distinctive notes of hibiscus. Hints of passionfruit make her enchanting, a twist of peach makes her unique.

Black & White... is the mother in law and early riser of the SATEMWA family. Like the morning sun she is powerful but gentle, soothing but energetic. Her reddish leaves reflect the early sky turning pink in a cloud of milk.

Deze witte thee is met de hand geplukt in Malawi. Na een korte verflensperiode worden de individuele parels met de hand gerold. Het rollen breekt de smaakenzymen in de blaadjes. Na het rollen gaan de parels in onze micro droger om perfect te drogen.

Cascara is gedroogd koffiefruit. Bij het verwerken van de koffie op Satemwa scheiden we de zoete schil van de koffiebes en de koffiebonen. We drogen zorgvuldig de schil. Heerlijk zoete toetsen. Fijn in een iced tea.
